times a week and a fantastic apres ski scene..the restaurant requires a head
chef & 2 sous
chefs , producing 40/60 covers per
night .. you will need to be able to work well in a small team and party hard !
SELECTED POSITION: Chef (Start date: 20/11/07 )
Le Brasero sits at the foot of the piste in Lavachet, Tignes. We are looking for
a Head Chef & Sous Chef to work within our team, the kitchen will be producing
40/60 covers per night and bar meals/snacks to be prepared through the day.
We expect our staff to hit the right balance between work and play and
flexibility is a must !
What we are looking for :
• experience in Modern British/Traditional French Cuisine, preferably with a
recognized cooking qualification or training.
• A proven record in good kitchen management. Food and hygiene qualification
desirable.
• Ability to plan, source ingredients and execute menus on a frequent basis
using seasonal and local produce.
• Driving license highly desirable.
• over 21 years
